«Cozy country home is exactly what is. Property is well maintained and very clean. The host Lynne and her husband were absolutely amazing and welcomed us to tour their family farm which was a true gym with stunning views. If you're looking for a spot to hold an event or wedding that would be the perfect place. My 5yr old son had an absolutely amazing time and great experience with all of the farm animals. «The house and property are amazing the craftsmanship of the house was outstanding. It was definitely lived in with many personal touches but we felt at home. Dan was very helpful in locating all the places we wanted to visit. The directions on how to find the house were spot on. The entire stay was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope to come back for another visit»

«We loved the river access and the kayaks were great fun for the kids. The host was quick to respond to all communication. The only issue we had was no air conditioning downstairs. The kitchen was downstairs and our kids slept down there. It was super hot. We purchased a fan which helped, and by morning it would cool off. Cooking in the kitchen really heated up the downstairs. «Great house and location! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Warm Springs. Our elderly Lab loved cooling her paws in the brook running through the front yard. Great restaurant within walking distance. Short drive to Warm Springs Pools. Hot Springs and the Homestead just down the road. Would definitely stay again.»
