It was 5 degrees outside and windy the hotel is a new renovation, it was freezing cold in the room , the thermostat would not heat up the room it stayed at 73 degrees ! I called and asked if i was operating the thermostat properly, the front desk told be to set the fan on low ! Low ?? We slept in our clothes ! Huddled together!! We used the hair dryer to heat up the bed (mattress) this place use to be a hospital !! It feels like a hospital, the furniture does a poor job of hiding that fact !! The atmosphere is that of a hospital, the architecture has NOT been improved enough to disguise that fact , the lobby , the elevator, the lobby, the room !! It's a hospital !! Did someone die in my room ?? So disappointed, i was there on business, my regular place was sold out ! And $70.00 cheaper !! I won't EVER be back !! It's scary !! It's morbid , maybe you should've told your staff not to share the hospital thing with your customers!! Go to a real hotel !! Not this hospital !!
