Private on-site parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Eskdale Escape per reservation.

Whitby Train Station is located in the town centre and is a 25-minute walk away from Eskdale Escape. Whitby has direct services operating to locations across Northern England including Middlesbrough, Thornaby-on-Tees, Stockton-on-Tees, Billingham, Hartlepool, Seaham, Sunderland, Newcastle upon Tyne, Blaydon, Prudhoe and Hexham.

Whitby Train Station is also a terminus of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway where you can travel back in time on a heritage rail journey to the market town of Pickering, along with the countryside villages of Goathland, Grosmont and Levisham.

A number of bus routes operate in Whitby offering services to Guisborough, Leeds, Loftus, Malton, Middlesbrough, Scarborough and York. The X93 Whitby to Scarborough route can be picked up just a short walk away from Eskdale Escape.
