Quiet clean nicely appointed apartment in Whitby
The flat is well appointed, clean, and very quiet. It is steps away from the seaside pavilion as well as the dockside attractions. Even better was the prompt and friendly communications with the owner who instilled a sense of security and welcome.

Home from home!
Absolute gem of an apartment! Everything we needed and more was there. Paula was a great host and communication was fantastic. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but everything a minutes walk away. The bed was so comfortable and cozy, best we have ever slept in! Kitchen well equipped and all the extra little touches added to our fantastic few days! Next time we visit Whitby we will be booking this lovely apartment again. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Light, airy and elegant
Perfectly located with all Whitby's attractions within 10 minutes walk and a car park close by. The apartment was beautifully furnished with a very comfortable bed and tasteful decor. It was well equipped and there were clear instructions, access was easy and our host always responded instantly and helpfully. The aspect was sunny and light (though we did have beautiful weather!). We would thoroughly recommend the flat and hope to be back.

Anyone booking this apartment will not be disappointed, it's location is pretty central to the town centre and was ideal for the two of us. There is plenty to do in and around Whitby, and the bus station was nearby, in fact we left the car parked up and used the bus to go places (fares were very cheap) my only criticism (of Whitby not the apartment ) is the parking, just not enough of it and quite expensive. Having said that, I would definitely rebook the apartment and return to Whitby, enjoyed it very much and the people were really friendly.

A really nice apartment in the West Cliff area of Whitby. Just minutes from the centre of town, yet a lovely quiet residential street. Apartment nice and clean and everything was maintained. We would stay again.

Lovely apartment
Great location with parking close by. Lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Extremely quiet compared to places we have stayed in the past, away from the hustle and bustle but not too far. Originally being from whitby I expected the seagulls may keep me awake but was pleasantly surprised that it was so quiet!! We will definitely be booking again. Communication with the property manager was exceptional. Thanks for a great stay!!

We had a few days stay at this property for the bank holiday weekend. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The apartment is a away from the main hustle and bustle of Whitby do a bit of walking is needed. Parking is nearby at the Whitby leisure complex. All in all I would recommend.

Lovely little apartment tastefully decorated and lots of extra touches which were nice. Quick responses off the owners before and during the stay. Only downsides were the heaters look good but don’t heat the rooms very well and there was a lot of banging coming from downstairs at nighttime which I know isn’t the owners responsibility. Would definitely stay again thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. The heaters are the most modern electric heaters you can buy. The doors must be kept shut for them to work efficiently and it also helps if the blinds and shutters are closed once the sun goes down. We stay there regularly and find them too warm, Especially in the bedroom! The owners of flat 1 are quiet people generally so it may have been from adjoining properties.

Perfect!
For our very first visit to Whitby, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect base. A lovely, quiet, clean and ideally situated apartment (5 mins walk to the harbour) with a very comfortable bed & an amazing view of the Abbey from the bedroom window! Good heating, comfy sofa, lots of hot water, Netflix and Amazon Prime and tea & coffee too! Really nice neighbourhood with the sea literally at the end of the road! So pleased we found this holiday let, we would love to return one day. Thank you for a lovely trip!

The property was well-equipped and well-located to explore Whitby. It was close to the centre but still nice and quiet. The parking was easy and close at West Cliff car park and whilst advertised at £9 for 24 hours, it is free from 18:00-09:00, so you can actually get 2 nights parking for your £9 if you time it right. It was ideal for us for a 2 night stay, but staying in West Cliff may not be the best for those with limited mobility, as the hill down to the town centre is quite steep. From the bedroom window there was a good view of the abbey, which was a bonus! Luckily it was nice and mild when we visited in October, as the control panel seemed to be locked on the bedroom radiator and this couldn't be increased from the setpoint of 14.5 degrees C.

We had a great three night stay in this lovely little apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated and most importantly it is very clean! We are a family with 2 young children and the property gave us plenty of space and all that we needed for a short stay. The location is great, it is just a short walk to the beach, into the town and the main tourist sites. There is a large carpark just a few minutes walk away that you can park in for several days. The hosts are friendly and helpful! We will definitely book to stay here again if we return to Whitby.

Grand Stay in Bijou Palace
This little property was lovely -v quiet, brilliant location - everywhere walkable especially, and very dangerously, Botham's in Skinner Street. Five mins from sea , walking slowly, and ten mins from Whitby Centre and Abbey (viewable from the bedroom window). Inside, property was lovely - bright, light, clean, excellent seaside decor, magic bathroom mirror, very comfy bed, and everything you could possibly need - we didn't know we needed a pizza wheel until we stayed here, so bought one on the way home. Hosts were really lovely, texting every now and then to make sure we were OK. We had a great time, would recommend highly, and will certainly come again, For those interested( partner is obsessed), parking was v easy and good value, two minutes up the road in Wet Cliff carpark managed via Ringo App for Scarborough Council. (You can pay cash also). V reasonable rates and transferable tickets across whole of Scarborough area. Thanks for a great stay Paula.

The apartment was in a quiet street, long stay parking available a very short walk away. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The beach and whalebones were just a few minutes walk, the location could not have been better. The owner communicated very effectively, clear instructions regarding keysafe, Wi-Fi etc and also checking that everything was satisfactory. Overall we would recommend this apartment and would visit again.
