Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. On the upper level, the primary bedroom features a king split bed, balcony, walk-in wardrobe, TV, and an ensuite with a soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. A second primary bedroom also includes a king split bed, step-out balcony, and its own ensuite with similar features.
On the lower level, two additional bedrooms each offer a king split bed and direct access to the deck where the hot tub is located. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a soaker tub, shower, and double vanity. A powder room on the main level adds extra convenience.
Living spaces
Large windows and vaulted ceilings fill the split-level interior with natural light, creating a comfortable gathering space after time outdoors. In the living area, settle into the couches beside the wood-burning fireplace, watch TV, or unwind in the reading nook and workspace. Heating, air conditioning, and portable fans help maintain comfort throughout the year.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and features a Subzero fridge, Wolf microwave, Thermador range, dishwasher, and cooking essentials. A dining table seats eight guests comfortably, while the breakfast bar provides three additional seats for casual meals or morning coffee.
Outdoor living
Step outside to the balcony to take in views of the gondola moving across the mountainside. Outdoor seating and a BBQ grill create an inviting space to gather, while the ground-level patio features a hot tub surrounded by tall pines - a relaxing way to end the day.
Ski access
Winter visitors can reach the Dave Murray ski trail and the 2010 Olympic downhill run leading to the Creekside Gondola. The ski-out entrance is approximately 400 m away, and at one point skis or snowboards must be removed to cross a road before continuing. The ski-home trail branches off the Lower Dave Murray Downhill run and returns you within a short walk of the townhouse. Ski access is weather dependent and typically available from late December to March.
Additional amenities
The home includes in-suite laundry, WiFi, a safe, and a smart lock for self check-in. A large mudroom and garage provide storage for skis and bikes, and the garage can accommodate two small vehicles or one large vehicle, with additional driveway parking available.
