Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you could ask for. It’s equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, including a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy sleeper sofa, ideal for relaxing evenings or extra guests.

Registration Requirement:
A copy of your ID and contact information are required before check-in, as there is a registration requirement in Germany

Check-out Time:
A fee of 50€ will be charged for check-outs after 10 a.m. that have not been prearranged. This covers the cleaning staff’s overtime, key management, and rescheduling of cleaning services

Residential Area:
The accommodations are located in a residential area, and guests are asked to avoid excessive noise

Parties:
Bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, or similar parties are allowed in this house

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment except on the balcony (Additional €250 cleaning fee to remove odors and stains)!

Lost keys and damage:
If you damage the property, lose the keys, or fail to return them to the key box, you will be charged €400!
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier or later times may be possible upon request for a fee.

2. Digital Identification: For verification and everyone’s safety, the guest who made the reservation must provide digital identification before check-in. The process is simple, secure, and is handled via a link that we send to the guest after a successful booking. Your data will, of course, be treated confidentially.

3. Prostitution & Commercial Use: The accommodations are rented exclusively for private, non-commercial residential purposes. Any commercial activity, in particular commercial sex work (prostitution), is strictly prohibited. Receiving a rotating cast of unregistered guests or customer traffic is not permitted and will be considered a disturbance of the peace. Violations will result in termination without notice and an immediate ban from the premises.

4. Local Residents: Bookings by individuals from the immediate vicinity are not permitted. Please contact us for exceptions.

5. Noise & Parties: Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

6. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. In case of violations, a fee of €250 will be charged to cover the cost of removing odors and stains.

7. Photography and Videography: Commercial photography or videography without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Occupancy: Check-in is permitted only for the registered number of guests. All guests staying overnight must be registered by name prior to arrival. A fee per night will be charged for each unregistered guest.

9. Pets: We love animals, but have decided to keep this apartment pet-free, as many people have allergies. This also excludes service animals. A separate cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

10. Liability: The guest making the reservation is fully liable for all damage, injuries, and losses, as well as for the replacement costs in the event of lost keys (additional cost of €400, as all locks in the building must be replaced), key cards, remote controls, or parking permits for the respective apartments, as well as for claims for damages arising from the improper use of the provided internet service. This includes, among other things, visiting illegal websites as well as downloading, storing, and processing illegal web content.

11. Theft: The theft or misappropriation of any items will be reported to the police.

12. Surveillance: Noise detection systems may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be in place in public areas.

13. Furniture: Please do not move the furniture.

14. Cleanliness: Please wash your dishes.

15. Tidiness: Please take out the trash before you leave.

16. Legality: Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.

17. Heating: In accordance with the German heating season, the central heating is in operation from October 1 through April 30.

18. Agreement: By making a reservation, you agree to the house rules. Violations may result in termination of your stay and expulsion from the property.
