«We loved our 2 week stay at this nostalgic home. We grew up in this area and it was like going home. The home is extremely clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient and the location is great. Buttonwood Park is just a block away and it makes it great for walking. Robin is a wonderful host and thinks of everything. She has some basic essentials and treats waiting for you so you don't have to run out to the store when you arrive. She is so thoughtful that she even ...

«Great spot for the family. Close to Newport and local beaches. Plenty of space and was very clean. Everyone enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend to anyone.»

«The home was spotless and perfectly appointed for our family of 6. The backyard is spacious and we could walk to the ocean. It afforded a quick drive to the shops and restaurants of Newport.»

«Beautiful house with beautiful views! Lovely place for a little weekend getaway!»

«Everything was nice and clean »

«The “cottage” is a duplex ranch. It was very clean and comfortable!!Close access to the beach ( 2nd beach was lovely!!Amenities in the kitchen are a bit sparse. We made pasta and there was no colander. But we made due with what they had and it was fine. The beds were super comfortable as was the air conditioning!»

«The location and home was perfect for our family! The host was extremely responsive and very helpful (and proactive) on providing local eating recommendations! The living areas were spacious and the kitchen had high grade appliances. We were pleased all around! Thank you.»

«Great property! Loved the outdoor grill—plenty of outdoor seating. Especially loved the fire pit!»

«Renovated house, very cute. Kitchen was definitely a highlight as it was a good space for cooking and gathering together. Some amenities of house were not exactly as listed in description. Location of house was nice-close to beach and park with pickleball courts, easy access to Newport wharves and restaurants »

«We stayed here during our wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We had our “first look” out on the path to the beach and it was just the most surreal back drop. We did run into a snafu with a pretty major leak in the basement, but it was resolved and the communication was quick. All in all, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend!»

«Very cute home but the double bunk bed was not sturdy at all. Could not use the top bunk because it could kill someone underneath. Was not that clean. Had dust and spiders in areas. Also the freezer was freezing over.»

«The most perfect spot! Our host and the neighbors were so nice and gave us great tips! Would definitely stay again»

«Perfect property in walking distance of everything. Will be seeking it out again when we return.»

«Property was very clean. Kitchen was stocked and marble kitchen table was lovely. It just needed some updating... much more lighting in bedrooms and bathrooms, towels were worn thin and stained, and furniture was looking worn.»

«We loved our stay! Close to everything. Fun game room (although there is a Pool Table, not Foosball), open kitchen with big table. Three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Would definitely stay again!»
