Dear Mark,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are aware that a lot of maintenance issues are needed in the hotel. We are planning to do some work in the coming weeks. We are also on a waiting list for a full refurbishment which we hope will be soon! Our pet policy is we have one corridor designated for pets on the ground floor, however this isn't always possible as guest's will turn up without telling us they have a pet! Hello, Thank you for the review. As mentioned when I spoke to you, at the hotel, I am very sorry about your 1st night's stay. I have spoken to my receptionist who you spoke with that night and I agree, that he should of moved your room there and then. You was moved the following morning into another room and you came and spoke to me later that day. I did offer you a refund for your full first night's stay and you asked for a free night stay instead. I did this for you, as a way to say we was sincerely sorry for what you had encountered. You never complained about the 2nd room to me, at the time, otherwise something else could of been put in place for you. You stayed in the same room for 2 nights. I saw you on check out as well and you still didn't mention anything.I can also confirm that neither myself or any of my staff are ill, espically when it comes to the hotel. I felt I did everything I could for you at the time and you seemed happy with that when we spoke. I sincerely apologise for the issues and smelt that you had experinced and we are getting it investigated into.Thanks again for the review.
