During our staying at this hotel, after an exhausting day since we missed out flight I have a reservation at this hotel because we they rebook our flight the next day during our checking on 27dec2025 night, that person who work at frond desk was asking me about a credit card which I do have Apple Pay so then I try to tell him that I already payed and keep saying gave me your cRd or I can not check, he didn't not explain that they need that card on file but he screamed on my face, never ever had that experience on my live and end up my has and gave him his card but next time hire a nice people when it come to customers service, not who screaming on customer faces, never come back to that hotel
