Welcome to Nevis! An island of beauty. The villa is on the lower slopes of the rainforest with breathtaking views over to St Kitts and of Mount Nevis. The best views on the island! Enjoy watching hummingbirds sipping nectar and watch green flash sunsets from the huge verandah. The best place in the world to rest and recharge.

Nevis is one of the last unspoilt Caribbean islands. Full of lush greenery and exotic wildlife. Our home is in harmony with the island vibe.

Our home derives its name "Island View" from its stunning location and views of St Kitts from our verandah and bedrooms. From the front of the property there is an equally beautiful and uninterrupted view of Mount Nevis. The house is on an elevated ridge, enjoying sea breezes and nestles in the foothills of the rainforest at the end of a private drive. The property offers unparalleled views of the rising sun (front garden) and the setting sun (from the verandah).

Our completely secluded property occupies 2 acres with a garden full of colour including flamboyant trees (the national flower of Nevis), palms and many beautiful flowers that attract hummingbirds and butterflies.

Interiors have an authentic Caribbean feel with original artwork including pieces by local artists. The vibe is relaxed, Caribbean chic in a tropical setting. It is an ideal home for private dining and sunbathing on the verandah admiring the changing view.

The villa has 2 spacious bedrooms each ensuite which are fully air conditioned with other rooms benefitting from ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have direct and independent access to the verandah. Wake up and enjoy sea views from the luxury of your own bed!

The property has high speed fibre internet and (if you can drag yourself away from the views) we have a new 42 inch TV with a world multi channel TV service (including BBC and ABC channels). We also have Netflix and Disney plus. A landline is available for local calls.

The villa is within easy reach of some the best beaches in Nevis. We are on the Caribbean side of the island where seas are calm. We are less than a 5 minute car journey from Oualie Beach where there is a PADI-certified diving centre and a location for hire of kayaks and other watersports. The villa has snorkels, boogie boards and other water sports equipment you can borrow.

Our lovely villa is fully serviced by our housekeeper Neeta who comes once a week (but can come more frequently by separate arrangement if required) and our gardener and handyman Trevor.

Neeta and myself arrange collection of guests from either the boat pier at Oualie Bay (if you are flying into St Kitts) or Nevis airport if you are flying directly to the island. I am happy to assist with all arrangements for transfers from St Kitts to the property. I want you to have a wonderful and stress free time!

For car rental our housekeeper Neeta runs a small hire company and rents out a Suzuki Escudo. The price is $400 USD per week.
