«We went to pick up our room key and my husband was told he could not check us in because our room was in my name ! Then she was quite unfriendly while spouting off all the rules and made me feel like I was out to steal towels and ruin the room . «Booked a last minute trip with my girls before they started school for the year. Missy was so nice, communicated all the details leading up to the reservation, and was even kind enough to let me park my truck in one of the open spaces so we could enjoy one last day at the beach after checkout. The pool was nice to have for an early evening swim, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend for anyone visiting Old Orchard Beach.»

«Decided on a quick girl’s weekend and booked the day before arrival. Great location—away from the busyness and noise of the pier, and only a 2 block walk for direct beach access. Obviously it’s an older property that’s been updated. The air conditioner worked great, and the extra noise made for quiet sleeping. The train track does run behind the building, but with the air running at night, it never woke me up. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, full fridge/freezer, microwave, ...

«Bed was the only good thing about this place. The room was 10x12 including the closet sized bathroom that you could not fit two people in at once. The air conditioner was loud anytime it ran. The floor was so uneven you literally were walking up hill from one side of the room to the other.
