«This listing is not what it seems. While you are staying, other people you don’t know could potentially be staying and you would never know. It’s a basement space with multiple bedrooms but no common space. Felt like a diy hostel. No check-in information so if we hadn’t ran into the property owner when we arrived, we wouldn’t have had the code to get in. Extremely expensive for what it is. If the entire space was to yourself, maybe it would make sense but still an odd space.»

«This was a cute little room in a very quiet and peaceful part of Vancouver. The room itself was clean and decently sized/cozy. The location itself isn’t super convenient as there are no real walkable stores or shops since it’s a very residential area. If you’re just stopping by briefly, this is a good place to spend the night. Will note that it was a bit difficult to locate the place at night as there wasn’t a lot of lighting outside.
