«We had two stays, one before and one after a kayak trip. The staff were wonderful on both occasions. The rooms were nicely updated. They are a little basic if you’re expecting bells and whistles, but everything you need. Also, the restaurant/bar was great food, beautiful views, and very friendly staff.»

«Arrived to check in but saw "Hot Tub" was crossed out on the sign. They no longer have a hot tub. The site has since been updated with this, but when I booked it said there was a hot tub. Also note there is no AC, so be aware in summer. Didn't see the room but quite a run down property so would assume that of the room. Front desk gentleman was lovely and offered to cancel for no fee, and helpfully suggested another hotel nearby. Appreciated the service.»

«Absolutely beautiful property. The host is fabulous to deal with as my step son came with us last minute, they were super accommodating with the last minute change in guest numbers. The beach area was lovely and well maintained, and the property is close to painters lodge and many other amenities in Campbell River. «The resort is 30-40 minutes north of Powell River, near Lund. The highway is twisty and winding. No wifi except at the resort. Our unit was a 2 bedroom basement apartment with kitchen. Cabins have no kitchen. The BBQ was dirty and the pizza oven broken in September.»
