«Nice location across from the ocean although most of the balconies face to the side of the property. Room was sufficient - clean and comfortable but not overly large. Quiet even though the location is on the Island highway. Breakfast was included - pretty basic but ok. Hotel is definitely older. Balconies could use a good refresh to make them more appealing.»

«Arrived to check in but saw "Hot Tub" was crossed out on the sign. They no longer have a hot tub. The site has since been updated with this, but when I booked it said there was a hot tub. Also note there is no AC, so be aware in summer. Didn't see the room but quite a run down property so would assume that of the room. Front desk gentleman was lovely and offered to cancel for no fee, and helpfully suggested another hotel nearby. Appreciated the service.»

«Absolutely beautiful property. The host is fabulous to deal with as my step son came with us last minute, they were super accommodating with the last minute change in guest numbers. The beach area was lovely and well maintained, and the property is close to painters lodge and many other amenities in Campbell River. «Our reservation for the weekend was cancelled twice by VRBO. The owner of this property, Scott, was extremely helpful. He helped us fund other dates and contacted VRBO to change our reservation.The property is a nice location but we were dissapponted to see that the photos indicated a noce cabin and we got a basement suite with virtually no windows. The front window was covered by a big equipment, the main bedroom window covered with wood making the room totally dark during a super sunny day. ...
