«We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that.»

«I was in town for my niece's graduation from ASU. My sister and family rented a unit nearby. This is the reason I selected this unit. The unit was very nice and comfortable. No complaints.»

«We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again.»

«Great location, very comfortable. The pool was beautiful. Just a few minor things, it might be just me. The tub in the front bedroom did not drain properly, it needs to be cleaned out. The lamps and outdoor patio need a thorough cleaning/dusting. These are minor correctable things. All in all it was a great place to stay.»

«This location couldn’t be better! Plethora of options is no exaggeration and the proximity to the mall is an added bonus. With rising temps, we managed 4 mile walks indoors every morning while window shopping before stores opened. We would both recommend as well as return.»

«The property was neat and clean. The area was quiet during evening. The beds have a mattress cover but no bottom sheets. The Keurig machine leaked when the machine was engaged. The unit did have a back up drop machine. Overall the condo was very enjoyable. Jamie Perkon»

«We needed a palce close to Grand Canyon University. This was a beautiful and quiet place we needed for the visit! Great communication, and super easy check-in! Will be booking again for move in week!! Thank you!!»

«Overall the stay was nice. Positives: plenty of towels, in unit laundry, nice pool, quiet neighborhood and close to many attractions. Cons: living room couch was cute but not comfortable, front screen door was broken. I reached out to host 2 times prior to check in with a question and never got a response.»
