«Perfect quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of west Knoxville. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch for visiting and morning coffee. Fifteen minute drive into the city, depending on traffic.The owner and host are very attentive and available. Will definitely stay here again!As noted in previous reviews, the layout of the bedrooms is different. The bedroom with 2 queen beds is only accessible by walking thru another bedroom. Something to take in to consideration depending on your group. »

«My wife and I were in town for a music festival in Greenback and wanted a relaxing “home base” for the event. This property did not dissipate. It is located in a quiet location and the rooms and amenities were incredible. We didn’t have our family with us, but it would be excellent for kids of all ages, young kids, as well as older kids like me. Plenty to do on the property with private pool and spa, game room with pool table and darts, etc. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. »

«We hosted family and the wedding party for our son’s wedding and this property was perfect for our needs. It was perfectly located for the wedding venue, hotels, the rehearsal restaurant and right off the inner belt highway 140 that links to the airport.
