«Space was perfect for (small) adult family reunion. Lots of space to retreat to - and lots of space to be together. Plenty of Bathrooms for privacy. Kitchen / bath fixtures and finishes are great. A few spots that show the age of latest renovation - but overall still great. Bed/bedding was excellent. Location was nice for enjoying Fulton Market, River North, and the Loop. Contact with host was perfect: timely, cheerful, helpful. Would certainly do again»

«We enjoyed our stay. We were out exploring the city for the whole weekend so we didn’t spend a lot of time actually on-site. But it was a convenient location to all the things we wanted to do. It was also great for a place to crash at the end of the days. This is a great place to operate out of especially for groups! I would recommend it.»

«We came to the Chicago area for a graduation. There were multiple age ranges in the house and the set up was perfect for us. The older folks stayed in the 2 main floor bedrooms (the staircase downstairs was hard for them) and the younger folks stayed in the downstairs bedroom. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, dining room with a large table and a sitting room with a TV. Downstairs has a bedroom with a door, a sitting room with a futon and tv, a full bath and a laundry room. ...

«Everything was wonderful. One suggestion: one of the twin beds squeaks a lot (haha - it was only me in the bed. But every time I turned over, squeak!) otherwise we had a lovely weekend and the place was perfect for us! Thank you!»

«Listed as private home , once you get there and read the house rules it states shared refrigerator with owner. Owner comes in while you are gone and turns off all lights and the Ac, even goes into your locked room to turn off ac.»
