«Absolutely amazing and helpful staff. I had loads of luggage and they helped me to the room with it all so I didnt have to run up and down. Lots of information about the area and what an area. In the mountains and with the river running through the town. The room itselfs was spotless clean, warm and inviting. A quiet nights sleep in a oh so comfortable bed. Would happily stay here again. «Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. »

«We had a lovely stay here. The comms from the owner were really informative, helpful and light touch. The property itself was absolutely immaculate, with lots of beautiful, thoughtful touches. It’s at the end of a little cul de sac that is very quiet and - as others have mentioned - with some amazing walks right out of the door. Highly recommended. Thank you.»

«Fantastisk fin beliggenhet i nærheten av havneområdet og romslig leilighet. 20 minutters gåtur til sentrum. Leiligheten var ganske slitt. Et av toalettene gikk ikke an å spyle ned og det var mye sølvkre på det ene baderommet. Rolige omgivelser. Kunne vært bedre forklart hvor nøkler skal hentes og leveres. Vi hadde likevel veldig fint opphold.»

«Great place to stay central to the city with personal touches such as you name on the doorbell when arriving. Clean and high standard. Easy access to paid streetparking, no issues even during peak. Only issue we had booking through Hotels.com was that check-in instructions weren't emailed out, just sent via WhatsApp. Considering we come from a country where WhatsApp is virtually non existent that's a little snag (I happen to have it installed cause of recent travels, but normally don't). »

"From reading about the hotel at the time of booking, I was under the impression it had a restaurant and bar. Not sure if I was tired or something reading the descriptions, but the "restaurant" of the hotel was only used for breakfast, and the bar was really the lounge at the reception of the hotell. That was a bit disappointing to me as I was planning on using the hotel restaurant / bar, at least to some degree. Obviously I went bust on that one."

"Location is perfect! The room was a bit outdated, and could have been better cleaned. AC, but still quite hot. Breakfast good, but no vegetables. I forgot mye blouse in the room, did not realise before after leaving the city. Have tried to contact them, but no replies....."
