The room was completely neglected. There were so many stains, literally the more we looked the more stains there were. Sheets and duvet were dirty and had mould on them. The glasses and mugs on the side had lipstick marks and they were filthy and sticky.
The information leaflet in the room was incorrect, it stated there was a happy hour Monday to Thursday 6pm-8pm, we came down to the bar and they explained thats not the case anymore and they need to take that leaflet out the rooms.
The breakfast stated it was £10pp when we came down they also said that was outdated and that it was actually £12.50pp.
The remote was sticky and dirty, the bed had short curly hairs in it. The lamp and sofa chair had so many stains it looked like a dalmatian.
There was no hair dryer and the fire alarm sounded at 5am for 10 seconds and there was no information about what was going on or what to do.
As a whole, the fact it's a £70+ a night hotel its very overpriced and the cleaners need to be sacked. I will be requesting a FULL refund
