«Had to cut my stay short. Manager promised refund for unused days but today it has been almost 2 months and still no refund. Claims Expedia hasn’t sent them any emails and now he Won’t return phone calls and Expedia has sent multiple communications ok’ing the refund. Advise anyone thinking of staying here to rethink their plans, customer service is the absolute worst. Next stop, corporate as now my mission is to prevent as many guests from staying here as possible to save them from piss poor ...

«First of all, a big shout out to the staff that work there, and while I couldn't necessarily get in touch with them that easily at first, I was able to resolve my issue. I had an unfortunate travel delay getting there, and my friend, who was rooming with me, had arrived way earlier than I was getting there.
