Nestled in a sweet, quiet neighborhood across from Shady Oaks Country Club, The Coleman House sits at the heart of it all. Westworth Village is one of Fort Worth's best kept secrets, centrally located, walkable to some of the city's most beloved spots, and far enough from the hustle to actually feel like a getaway.
The Space:
This isn't your average rental. Every room was thoughtfully curated with unique pieces selected to make the space feel special. High-end textiles throughout the home are sourced from Winton and Waits, a beloved local Fort Worth designer known for bringing warmth and character to every space they touch. Fresh white bedding, layered textures, and colorful accents give The Coleman House a fun, lived-in energy that still feels polished and comfortable the moment you walk in.
The open layout is designed for connection, whether that's gathering around the fully stocked kitchen, spreading out in the living room, or spilling out into the backyard for an evening hang out.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The Coleman House sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably across three bedrooms and a living room sleeper sofa.

Fresh white bedding and towels are provided in every room, along with extra pillows and blankets so everyone settles in comfortably.
The Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a full dinner in. You'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, baking sheets, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, and pantry staples to get you started.
Outdoor Space:
Step outside and you've got a large fenced backyard made for lingering. The Patio and outdoor seating area are perfect for morning coffee or late night conversations. We have a charcoal grill for a backyard cookout, gather on the patio as the sun goes down, or just let the kids run the yard while you relax. Private parking is available on premises with some covered parking.

This is where The Coleman House really shines. You're steps away from some of Fort Worth's most exciting dining and nightlife — and these aren't chain restaurants. These are the spots locals actually love:
Lettuce Cook — our local hole in the wall with fresh food (my fav!) and a grab and go counter if you want to stay in with a fresh cooked meal
Heim BBQ — legendary Fort Worth barbecue with a line that tells you everything you need to know. Their patio is so great!
Salsa Limón — fresh, fast Tex-Mex that's a neighborhood staple. So good for something quick and easy!
Gemelle — a beautiful Italian spot perfect for a date night or a group dinner
Stuart's Croquet & Cocktail Club — one of Fort Worth's most unique and fun evenings out, right down the street

Beyond the neighborhood, you're minutes from the Trinity River Trails (bring your bikes!), West 7th Street, and downtown Fort Worth. The iconic Stockyards and Sundance Square are a short drive away. And when the weekend calls for something bigger — Texas Motor Speedway, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, Globe Life Park, and DFW Airport are all within 30 minutes.
