«This is a beautiful home with very comfortable accommodations. It had everything we needed for a great long weekend. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. If we ever come back to this area we would be happy to stay here again!!!»

«The house was all we expected. Very comfortable and ready for us when we arrived. It’s a bit out of the way, at the end of a private road, but quiet and secluded. Our host was attentive without being intrusive. She clearly wanted to make sure our stay met our expectations and was pleasant. All in all, a delightful way to visit Vermont!»

«We had a great family getaway here! The hot tub was amazing and the views from the hot tub were perfect. What a beautiful location - quiet, peaceful and a fun space for kids to explore. We had an amazing time trekking out in the woods in the snow.Kitchen was well stocked and the treats, coffee and tea were a nice bonus. My kids enjoyed the extra games as well! Extremely quick responses from the host as well! Thanks for a good time, we are already thinking about coming back in the summer.»

«Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. The hosts were thoughtful — they left wine and commemorative mugs as a welcome gift and were responsive when we had questions.Highlights: The glass room on the upper level is the best feature — quiet, peaceful, great for birdwatching (we spotted a baby deer!). The sauna is a nice perk, a bit tight for two but does the job. The lawn down to the pond is scenic; bring camp chairs or a picnic blanket. There is a bench as well. ...
