We really liked the spacious living and dining areas. And we all slept comfortably in the beds. House was lovely and clean. «The yurt itself was amazing, beautiful and very clean with the added charm of your own private hot tub and fire pit, the downside for us was the private toilet/ shower was situated away from the yurt and at night no lighting & very dark the torch provided sadly didnt work. The communal kitchen are was beautiful however the induction hob didn’t work, a Pyrex oven dish that was filthy with caked on food, a couple of dirty pan and pan cupboard that needed cleaning, otherwise to a high spec finish. ...

«Lovely homely cottage situated on a farm. Kitchen & living room upstairs, bedroom & bathroom downstairs. Nice touches of flowers, tea bags & biscuits waiting when we arrived, and some very welcoming doggies!! Lots of local walks, although some footpaths could be better maintained - bring wellies if you like to walk, occasionally we had to wade through a stream! "Charming hostel a few minutes drive in from Lyme Regis. A garden and playground in front of the house. Hens running free. We were a family of four and we had a large and quiet room all to ourselves selve on the top floor. Great atmosphere :)"

"I had a fantastic stay at the Baytree Guesthouse in Dorchester! The hosts were absolutely wonderful and so helpful with any inquiry I might have. The room was big and very comfortable, everything was clean. Perfect location, only a 15-20 minute walk from central Dorchester and the train station. Quiet neighbourhood. I truly enjoyed my time here and wouldn't hesitate to book this guesthouse again the next time I'm in Dorchester. Would wholeheartedly recommend!"
