Other Things to Note:

Before you arrive, the property manager will send you a digital welcome book with information on restaurants nearby, recommended activities, a house manual, and emergency contact information. They will be available to answer any questions you may have before, during, and even after your stay.



If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
