This lovely one-bedroom Beachfront Villa is ideally located on a secluded beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio outside the bedroom while watching the gentle waves. In the evening, enjoy the golden sunsets from the covered patio off the living area. There are miles of natural beach for nature walking or try snorkeling off the pier in front of the villa. A perfect setting for honeymooners or anyone searching for a secluded getaway!

The Space:
Decorated in “Cayman Cottage” style and surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, this ground-floor Villa offers all the amenities of home to ensure an enjoyable stay. The living room has a flat screen TV and DVDs, Fibre Optic internet, some games, and a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. The bedroom offers a comfortable King bed and stunning views of the ocean! There is also a safe to store your valuables if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, as well as a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The complex has a beachfront swimming pool and jacuzzi to enjoy, as well as two gas grills for your BBQ needs. There is free parking on-site and a five-star restaurant conveniently across the street for you to enjoy. Only 20 minutes from the airport and within a 10-minute drive to Seven Mile Beach.

You will be greeted in person by one of our friendly Beach Living representatives to welcome you at check-in. This property has a keyless entry, so you never have to worry about losing your key!

The Neighborhood:
For a truly memorable dining experience, simply cross the street to the thatched roofed five-star Italian Ristorante Pappagallo, open for dinners and Sunday Brunch! There are many popular restaurants in West Bay within less than a 10 minute drive. Looking for something to do? Visit the Dolphin Encounter, Cayman Turtle Center, and the museum of boats, plus Camana Bay Center is only a short drive from the villa offering shops, outdoor dining, and a movie theater! Take a morning stroll to Barkers National Park, which has miles of natural, untouched beach, perfect for a morning beach walk. You can also go horseback riding, kite surfing or try an ATV adventure through the mangrove and the national park.

Getting Around:
Parking is free and a rental car is highly recommended to access dining options, shops and grocery store. Also, it's the best way to explore the island.
There are small local buses that operate in the area, but are infrequent.
Taxis are also available, but they can be quite expensive.

Superb

The condo was immaculate and exceedingly well stocked and supplied. We especially appreciated the refrigerator with filtered water. The view and access to the beach from both patios was wonderful. I would certainly consider renting it again.

So relaxing!

Condo is well equipped and very comfortable with great sea views from both patios.Location is very quiet with beautiful sunrise and sunset colors. Beautiful setting on quiet north end of Grand Cayman. Property is well maintained and beach is nicely manicured every morning. Very nice alternative to bustling 7 mile beach for peace and quiet!

Beach front paradise

We loved our stay here! The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The beach is beautiful and the facilities are well kept. We loved being able to cook meals in the kitchen and make use of the laundry machine. There is a great restaurant right across the street as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing place to unwind.

Winter break before Coronavirus hit !

A beautiful ground level condo, 2 doors from the ocean. 1 bedroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Very well maintained property. The property manager, Joelle, was very helpful. Next door to a small national park that gives one a 1 1/2 hour beach walk on a beautiful natural beach, with no houses and hardly any people. We especially enjoyed that. Highly recommend. Our first time in Caymans and we will return.

Beautiful, Quiet Location

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Villas Pappagallo #22. The grounds are immaculate, the view of the ocean is incredible and the beach is great for lounging and relaxing under the palms (however, for swimming you'll want to head to one of the public beaches - too much corral and rock here). We had previously used accommodations around Northside but that area is too far away from the public 7 Mile beaches. At Villas Pappagallo we were close enough to the beaches and shopping but far enough from the hustle and bustle to relax.

Very quiet

This unit is in a beautiful location which is very quiet. For great swimming I went to 7 mile beach because this beach was rough with wind waves and too much coral. FYI to get to the bus you must walk 10 minutes- which is a long way in the heat if day or when it is dark. I would be happy to go back - I felt safe, and well looked after by George the property manager.

Perfect for our 10 Year Anniversary!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Pappagallo #22 to celebrate our 10 year anniversary! It was quiet and the beach felt like it was our private oasis. Everything from two entrances that face the beach, to only walking 20 steps for you feet to relax in the sand... It was truly breathtaking to have a slice of paradise for 8 days. We will definitely be back!

10 Days Of Peace And Quiet

Lovely quiet condo, beautiful views of the ocean (sea) from front and back entrances of the condo, just what my wife and I prefer (quiet), away from the big resorts. Never many people around, we had the pool to ourselves much of the time. The saltwater pool was awesome and refreshing. Don't let some of the reviews scare you about the pool being too cold, total nonsense. With it being 80 to 90 degrees out, its best to have a non-heated pool unless you want to swim in milk! It does get quite windy at times, not so bad other times, my wife liked it that way because it kept her cool under the hot sun, didn't snorkel there (forgot my equipment), many others did right out in front of the Condo's quite a ways out. The area is kept clean and trimmed. Never woke up to roosters that are around as others have said. The units bed was very comfortable and several pillows of different types were available. You definitely need a car to get anywhere or its a short walk to the public bus stop. There are lots of activities nearby and many restaurants just a short drive away. We preferred to eat in on most days. One thing you must be prepared for is the dollar difference, especially for Canadians. The local currency dollar was about 1.20 American, which made it approx. at the time 1.40 to 1.50 Canadian.As far as shopping goes there really isn't too much there. George Town is mostly geared to Cruise ships.We did enjoy our time there and are seriously considering going back, we usually tend to go somewhere different every year but we really enjoyed the peace and quiet there.Lastly, remember you drive on the left side there and when you rent a vehicle, make sure you tell them you want the steering wheel on the right side, very dangerous driving on the left with the steering wheel on the left, the rental places tend to rent them that way.

Quaint, quiet and relaxing

Because of the island norms, obtaining groceries on a Sunday is a challenge. There are some small places open on Sundays, but there is a premium over and above the already falsely inflated Cayman dollars over US. There are ample stores with food as long as you are not planning on eating on Sunday. There is a concierge service but the $75 charge seems excessive. The accommodations were great! Everything you need to have a great time on the island. Everything from the amount of cookware to internet and cable (if you're into that) were great. Well kept facilities and everything you need. Right on the beach too! We rented a car and once you get past the idea of driving on the wrong side of the road, from the wrong side of the car, narrow roads etc, it's pretty easy to get to wherever you need to get to. The snorkeling off the beach is not great, but Governor's beach is 10-15 minutes away and some awesome snorkeling. Down the road from where you're staying are some very primitive beaches and a few kite-boarding places. Across the street is an amazing restaurant with some of the best Italian food and service you'll find anywhere. I think our only suggestion would be to bring your favorite pillows. The bed was comfortable but we prefer some softer pillows. Having said all of this, we would definitely recommend the property to anyone wanting to stay on the island. I know that the friends we traveled with paid 2X for their place at the Marriot, which is fine if you're into all the touristy stuff with lots of people, but if you really want to relax and not be bothered, this is your place!

Spectacular!

Wonderful stay at the caymans, condo was well equipped and room enough for the two of us. Views were gorgeous from front and back patios. Steps away from the pool. Some unavoidable jack hammering next door, a tad annoying but couldn't be helped. Overall I would come back in a heartbeat.

Idyllic location

After short search (download map.me to you phone of caymans) we met George at the property who promptly gave us the necessary information. Ideal location with direct beach front a few steps away as well as pool for a nice swim. The beach is not an ideal swimming beach but great for enjoying the tropic breeze with good snorkeling off the pier. Plenty of lounges,tables and chairs and clear of debris. The condo is well-stocked with everything you might need. The furniture is comfortable as well as the bed. Clean and airy with tropical motif decorations. Finishes are a bit dated but this does not detract one iota ( you are not buying the place-Lol). Papagallos restaurant is across the street and is great for a quiet and scrumptious dinner. Location is away from the hustle of town but a short drive to everything. Great for couples and to recharge. I won't recommend (ha!) as we want to come back and don't want all the dates filled-ok I will highly recommend.

The property was exactly as described in the pictures and description. George was very attentive and helpful. The unit is well maintained. During the time we were there it was very windy out on the beach and difficult to sit outside on the beach. This section of the island does not contain a wide lengthy span of beach that is conclusive to long walks on the beach. To walk we needed to get in the car and drive to Governors beach to take a walk on the seven mile beach. The seven mile beach was wonderful and during this week was not crowded at all. The pool is very nice and we sat in the sun daily. This complex is quiet and very relaxing. If you are comfortable driving around the island and looking for peace and tranquility this complex will meet your needs.

Great quiet condo location. Great ground floor location and view of the water.

Quiet location, no crowds. Very nice property well kept. You will need to rent a car for this location as taxis are not readily available. Some very nice restaurants within a few minutes drive and across the street. Beach and water has sea grass but still good to take a dip. Dock goes out into the water and you can snorkel off the beach. Breakfast on the back or front porch looking over the water, great setting. Enjoyed the quiet stay.

Villas Pappagallo Paradise

Thr condo had a great view of the ocean and beach from our front patio. It was well appointed and super convenient to the beach and pool, but far enough away to be quiet. We stayed with friends across the way at #6 which was perfect for shared dinners. The beach was private with the incredible dock to sit on and watch the turtles and sunset. Picture perfect. We cooked on the public grills which were a great amenity as well. A 10 minute to 7 mile beach, it was quick to the main area, but remote enough for your own experience. It is a remote feeling and nothing to walk to which is why we enjoyed it. George our on-site host was the best! Available, helpful and really made a difference for our stay. Specific to Grand Cayman, do bring the bug spray for the night times no matter where you are on the island. Again - great space and would come back again.
