«The accommodation was lovely, neat and tidy, ideal for my partner, son and I, convenience to the mall , grateful that I was granted an extension when I needed it. I struggled with bin day collection as info related to that was minimal. When in the area in the future, we'd liked book there to stay again. Thank you.»

«Parking was easy and safe, we found the place without a problem. There was a great dumpling house and tea shop down the road so dinner was sorted! We got their late and the owner had contacted us so we knew where the key was etc but we didn’t have the wifi password, and when we rang we didn’t get an answer. The next day we also had to leave early and despite ringing the bell couldn’t speak to anyone then either. The place overall was lovely, clean and safe which are main priorities but a key ...

«Home had sufficient beds for our group and was convenient for visiting family. Cleanliness was average. The kitchen was poorly equipped for the amount of people the home is able to host. There were insufficient utensils to cook with, cookware was in poor condition (warped pans with flaky teflon) and not enough cutlery and crockery. When we arrived the wifi wasn’t working and I got no response from the host. We eventually figured out it wasn’t even connected and fixed the cables ourselves. »
