«We stayed for one night in this hotel but were kind of skeptical due to some negative reviews. But when we got into the room it was found out quite decent for a budget stay. The beds were good and clean, so did the bathroom (liked the big tub) and most importantly the space was huge. There weren't any options for coffee or any snacks in the lobby but the room did have a microwave and refrigerator. Also, plenty of dining options near the property within a walking distance. «I booked a room at the New Sea Breeze Motel last evening and I cannot believe that you have this place as an option. I have photos to share if you'd like. My room was next to a dumpster. The room was in horrible condition. The floor was dirty and gritty. The bathroom sink had dirt on it which I assume came from the bathroom fan thar was caked with dust. «Have stayed here twice so far. Once with my mom for 2 nights and another time with my Boyfriend for a night. The staff is always friendly. Never had any problems. The rooms have been clean and comfortable.»

«The price for the place is good, like everyone else, its just to sleep and the bed was clean and felt safe so that was the whole purpose. The guy in reception is very nice he even brought us ice (we where looking for it) and he went out of his way to get it for us. Overall is good»
