«Nært servedighetene i byen.»

«Central hotel close to the old part of the town. Friendly receptionist and quick help from housekeeping in changing our double room to a triple room (as we had pre-booked). A nice size room + bathroom. A bit slow service from the bar staff gives it a bit lower rating that it would normally had been. A nice stay generally, if you are looking to stay in central Bremen, this hotel is recommended by us.»

«Vakre omgivelser. En halvtime å gå til gamlebyen »

«We had to change our room because some previous guests had not been very clean and the clean up was very bad, strange old smell in the room. It took the hotell 90min to change our room. This made us very late in using there facilities as the sauna, restaurant and the nightwalk around the city. This made my husband very disappointed and frustrated. The hotel compensated with two free drinks, free parking and two free desserts. So it was okay. But really 90min!? I would dare to point out that all ...

«Fantastisk bra rom og beliggenhet.»

«When we were leaving, we discovered that the room was full of bugs (grey silverfish). Part of our luggage had been placed close to the desk and the wall, and when we pulled it out, we saw around 20–30 bugs. We informed the staff at checkout, as we thought they should be aware that the room was infested. They only asked for our email and did not apologise for the inconvenience of having our luggage exposed to the infestation. The underlying issue is probably poor ventilation in the bathroom ...

«Nice little hotel. Good breakfast. Good location between City Centre and the excebition areal. »

«Unfortunately, my stay was a bit disappointing. Despite having pre-booked and paid for parking, there were no parking spaces available upon arrival. The room was decent and clean, but the TV was outdated and had no internet or smart features. The hotel itself felt rather dated, and the breakfast was very basic with a limited selection. The highlight of the breakfast was the scrambled eggs, which were excellent. Overall, the stay did not live up to my expectations.»
