«The staff was amazing. The breakfast other than the scrambled eggs was great. The room was clean. Room service is every other day but if we needed anything they responded. The bed was uncomfortable for me. I know every one is different. I just could not get a good night's rest on that bed.»

«Overall, this hotel is nice for a short stay. Our room keys stopped working almost everyday. The elevator went out one day. Housekeeping didn't come in our room to take out the trash, replace the towels and give us more toilet paper even though they check it on their list that they did. When I called the front desk they sent us more clean towels and toilet paper. The staff is friendly and helpful overall.»

«Although the hotel'interior has been refreshed, here are few items that contributed to my score:
- shower - no pressure
- bed - small and not very comfortable
- pillows - half the size of standard pillows
- room furniture - wardrobe in particular- outdated, clunky, kind of disgusting
- breakfast - the bare minimum, not many choices
- corridors - dark, popcorn ceiling
Front desk was nice.
The fire alarm also went off at 1:30am on 11/8/26..»

«I would not recommend this hotel at all. There were hairs in one of the towels when we got there, the conditioner bottle in the shower was fully out, and you could tell the paint was chipping in several places and there was visible mold on the ceiling and there was dirt on the floors upon our arrival. In addition, we saw cockroaches in the bathroom. Very dirty and will not be staying here again.»
