«The stay was bad because there was a bad smell coming from around to inside. It was not worthed $200. It was just worth 50. My wife and son did not sleep well the whole night because of the bad smells! I will never stay there!»

«The office was only open for a few hours each day and that was where the ice machine was. They only had one washcloth in the room. However, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The tv was problematic.»

«Actually booked this place by accident and so my disappointment started with myself. The place is very old and desperately needs a refresh. I can honestly say that in our room, the only new item was the tap in the bathroom. Holes in the closet door and cracked tiles on the floor. The tiles were black and white which masked the dirty floor quite well. Beds were not that comfortable and the pillows had seen better days. «The staff seem to be nice enough, although our only interactions were done in text message. Being that they have virtual check-in. I never saw any staff while on the property. The room was quite clean, it was comfortable. The bathroom was awfully small not having a vanity, but there is room for a shelf or two in there which would have been really beneficial.»

«Our room was dark, beds were hard, floor was sticky, and towels were disgustingly stained and thin. Breakfast advertised as being available at 8am but was not. Price and location (short walk to the Convention Center) are very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. However we will not stay here again.»
