«The staff was polite and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The desk clerk had a bit of trouble finding my reservation at first, but eventually he found it. He informed me of all the amenities and thanked me for my booking. The room was adequate, although not as clean as I would have preferred. The TV remote was covered in dried-on food, and there were stains on the rug and walls near the window. There was also no handsoap in the bathroom, so we opted to just use the shower ...

«At this time their pool and hot tub are not working and were closed. This was very disappointing because I visit frequently for the pool and hot tub specifically. The price I paid was equal to other places in the area with functioning amenities. If I knew I wouldn’t have booked here.»

«Honestly The town is in poor condition and very rundown. The hotel is historically interesting but needs major renovations. Interesting shops . Would I make a special trip there ? No. Beautiful untouched countryside and mountains. You really have to use your imagination if you want to see a Pollyanna town . Good movie !»
