A bolthole ideal for small groups of friends or a couple, Seabreeze is perfectly positioned to enjoy Wells-next-the-Sea's host of independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops offering the best of local produce and of course, its stunning sandy beach lined with colourful beach huts.

All on one level, on entering the property, from the hallway you walk in to a cosy sitting/ dining room, with a Smart television, dining table seating three and doors leading to the fully-enclosed, secure courtyard, a space which is ideal for al fresco dining as the sun goes down. A well-equipped kitchen is also off the main entrance hallway. There are two bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed and en-suite shower, and a double in bedroom two. There is a family bathroom with a bath. There is also parking for one car in the driveway.
