The adjoining sunroom is the perfect place to enjoy your meals, thanks to the four-person dining table–this space also offers a cozy loveseat.

This coastal-themed cottage has two bedrooms (each one with a flatscreen TV) and a shared full bath with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, you and your loved ones will have access to the community's (unheated) outdoor pool, two gas grills in the central area near the pool, and a washer/dryer.

The speed limit is 5 MPH on the grounds.

The pool is not heated; it is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.

The Community Laundry Room is shared and the machines are coin operated. Please bring quarters to operate the machines.
