«This place is a hidden gem – a fantastic location for bird watching, kayaking and sunset viewing. Only a short walk to the beach, to Wells Harbor or to Forbes. A very bright and clean cottage that is well-stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. All of the appliances are new (or nearly new) and all of them work! «This cottage is perfectly clean and comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. We booked online and you always wonder if you will love it. Well it exceeded my expectations. «This was the second year we spent at this condo in Wells, Maine and luckily this year the weather cooperated. We had mostly sunny days and even the one or two rainy days were relaxing. The condo is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, and there is a nice deck to sit and enjoy meals. We also like that the Hannaford grocery store, movie theatre (which we actually went to on our one rainy day), Walgreens and Condon Donuts are all minutes. We would happily stay there again next summer. »

«The neighborhood was beautiful with a short walk to the beach. The house was a lopsided nightmare. The floors are so uneven that you would run in to walls. There are holes under the linoleum in the kitchen floor. No dressed or closet in the front bedroom so we had to live out of our suitcase the whole week.
