«Staff is very rude. Unwilling to help with anything. Annoyed that I asked for more towels. Stayed there 4 days. Last 2 days there was no water. Couldn't shower or brush our teeth. Asked to speak to a manager, they said she doesn't work in the office. Gave me a phone number. Called multiple times, left multiple messages. She never returned my call. We deserve a refund for the last 2 days, and they know it. But won't return our phone calls. Horrible customer service.»

«This place was a little hidden due to construction but overall in a good spot. I would say it was clean and definitely smelled clean. There were some areas I think could’ve used a little more elbow grease throughout the room but overall I would come here again! Breakfast had a good variety and staff was super nice.»

«My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!»

«The staff was nice and polite. The the location was clean. It would have been nice to have a ice machine on the 3rd floor instead of having to go to the first floor. This should be an considering upgrade since it's a 4 floor building. Wifi was weak on the 3rd floor which was unfortunate. Other than that the stay was good. Thank you all for your hospitality. »
