«We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬»

«The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. «Great place! Beautifully decorated and so cozy! Well stocked with everything you could need. Our only complaints were we did not receive the code to the lockbox to get in when we arrived and we had to call and get help. The other complaint would be is that the bed is not very comfortable at all and no matter what we tried, a good night's sleep was not to be had. Regardless, we hope to return to this wonderful little diamond we found.»

«We enjoyed our stay with just a couple of blips. The property wasn’t unlocked on our arrival but after a call to Frank, that was resolved quickly. Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting. One main issue was that the clothes dryer was not operational. We called Frank and after two days of trying to reach him, we gave up. There were kitchen ...
