«Convenient. Walkable. Not Like: given poor/wrong directions to room, were not given name or room number, therefore, unable to get into room. No phone number of manager provided. Had to get a phone number from another guest. Had to wait to get a response after many calls and email to manager. No towels in room. Check-in was a bad experience.»

«Dog Hair in corners and not easily cleaned areas. Tried to vacuum, no bid deal but both of cordless vacuums were dead and could not locate charger. Host was communicating well at first. We checked in Wednesday before Thanksgiving. All was well until we had a few consecutive showers Thursday evening around 1030 and water came up from the base of the toilet downstairs and flooded the basement before we knew it.
