This home was so perfect for quiet, restful sleep and for us to relax with our soldier, prepare home cooked meals, and enjoy the excellent AC during the hot afternoon heat! The town and local people are wonderful, so many local treasures. Go see Jami and Jessica at 66 Clay studio! Walk to the park and see the beautiful river and abundant wildlife. We fell in love with Waynesville, MO.»

«No major complaints. Newer home and clean. The wireless keypad wasn’t working and we couldn’t get in the house. I called the host and she was kind and found a solution promptly. Nice open space but found the furniture was limited comparatively. Doors creaked loudly and very minimal furniture. No dresser or Closet in the master bedroom. But overall it accommodated our family of 6 to enjoy my son’s army graduation at fort leonardwood. 15-20 minutes from base»

«More then enough room for 11 people. The large back yard was great. Along with the back play room was a hit with the kids. Would have been nice to have a grill on site to use.»

«We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. A home away from home. The host was excellent in communicating with us. This place is definitely a 5 star home.»

«The home was dirty when we arrived, the air conditioner was not working, there were no dishes towels, pots and pans for cooking, the water had a fowl smell when you showered, the blinds in the front bedroom were broken so you had no privacy because they were open. The downstairs TVs had no remote so they could not be used. It was very poor quality for the money.»

«The house was nice and clean, decorated very welcoming. Very close to Ft Leonard Wood base so the ease of travel back and forth to visit our soldier was great! Only issues we had was that the air conditioning didn’t keep up with the heat so we were a little warm. Grass hadn’t recently been cut so it was a little scrubby looking from the outdoors.»

«First the positives: this place was squeaky clean, it was priced well, and it had plenty of beds.Unfortunately, the negatives were strong. I’ve never left a negative review before, but it is hard not to feel like this place was misrepresented. It is not at home on a river. It is a rental double wide located inside a larger campground that was essentially empty while we were there in February it is not a private location at all it was directly across from the camp store and next to a busy road. ...

«This property is amazing! It is set in the hills of the Ozarks not far from the lake and shopping, but very private on 3 acres bordered by woods, creek and hay field. We had too terriers with us and they roamed until their hearts were content and had a real time trying to catch a groundhog. It was a great adventure for them and totally wore them out.The check-in was flawless, as Cindy had the lights on and house ready for us. She was thoughtful to leave a goody bag for us with delicious ...
