«Perfect long weekend at this delightful getaway! Great space, updated, clean and comfortable. Extremely convenient to everything. Easy to get in and out. We saw some comments about traffic noise, but on a very busy weekend we were not bothered at all by any noise. It was very easy to communicate with the host. We look forward to staying here again!»

«Nice quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating. Very close drive to St Mary's, resteraunts, and Cumberland Island Ferry. Home was very clean, uodated and cozy. Only disappointment was no chairs for fire pit as displayed in photos. They were in a shed and all broke. »

«This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good ...

«The host has tastefully decorated this home. There are several large TVs in this home. Coffee, water and snacks were waiting upon our arrival. That was a nice and welcome touch. House has everything you need for a stay. Host had great communication throughout our stay. »

«My family and I had a great time at this property. Generous space for everyone to have their own personal space. Communication with the manager was easy and the issue with the sink drain was handled quickly and efficiently.»

«The proctor cottage was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and homey. Even better than the pictures. Perfectly hospitable and sweet. Very close to the village which we enjoyed. A bit of a walk to proper beach, which didn’t bother us since it’s February. A lovely stay I hope to visit again. »
