The water was not for swimming but the cabin came stocked with a kayak, canoe, row boat and a paddle boat. «Stayed here in the winter for our annual ice fishing trip. It is very close to the boat landing for easy access to the lake. Everything is as advertised. It is a great place to stay with tons of fun for everyone!»

«Beautiful and spotless home in a convenient location. I was in town for work and my wife and kids were able to come along. The kids love the backyard and playhouse, and the yard is fully fenced so we feel safe letting them run around. They had a fun at the new Children's Museum. We walked over to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, which was clean, good food and value. Also, took a walk around the neighborhood and down to the park and boat landing. We will be back again!»

«The house was beautiful and worked well for our needs as we had come for a family funeral. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the little touches, such as all the light switches marked and the short youtube videos showing how to work the TV. We have stayed in several vrbo's and this is by far the nicest one!»

«Needed a shut down after move and all that involves. Just what the doctor ordered. Be sure and stop at Heartbreakers for dinner. The cabin and the surrounding area was all we needed.»

«Loved the fact that there was a cozy living area up top yet space downstairs for everybody to kinda do their own thing when needed. Enjoyed the morning views and the fireplace. Only negative id say is the slope upto the property in the winter can be a lil slick but thats why we have a jeep.»

«What a gem of a property! Our stay was simply lovely. We were inundated with snow which made for a very picturesque view out the common space windows. They have thought of everything from plenty of blanket type throws around the home to a full cabinet of spices. We will have to come back to experience the enticing outdoors - but made the most of relaxing in this cozy cabin.»

«I was so impressed with tour stay! I’m so glad we were able to stay here - it really started the year off great. We were left party hats and fun kazoos for New Years and everything we could possibly need was fully stocked! All rules were on little laminated cards and perfectly outlined. «This home has more than just curb appeal. The inside has ceiling beams, beautiful hardwood floors, and character. There were enough bed, all roomy and well appointed. Its location is truly ideal. Ben went out of his way to make sure we had the celebration we came for. 2-70th birthdays! Because our son lives and works in Wausau, we will use this property again. It was perfect!»
