The room was in good shape. Clean and properly equipped. Extended our stay and stayed 3 days. The bad- cleaning staff never cleaned our room once in three days or refilled towels, soap,coffee or anything else. Yet, weirdly enough they woke us up every single morning by starting their room cleaning routine at 7am, yelling up and down the hall at each other and slamming doors, running water, running vacuums. Ridiculously loud. We had to wonder if they were doing it just to annoy everyone or if they really are that inconsiderate and stupid. Or deaf. Second, the breakfast was pretty sad. The eggs were gross and dried out when we sampled them at 9am, when I pointed that out they told me "well they were fine at 7am when we put them out". Ick. So our rating= decent rooms but poor service and attitude.
