«Hotel is in good condition, has a friendly and service service minded staff, as we experience. What surprises us extremely much, is how a well situated hotel chain like Best Western use only plastic and paper when they serve breakfast? Breakfast itself could have been better, but it was OK. We were better prepared not to get disappointed this time. But here is much potential for improvements. »

«when we checked in we were informed that the only restaurant in town was closed for the next 2 days. the only place to get groceries was a gas station in town with nothing healthy or drive 30 minutes to another town. There was a coffee shop that we were told would have some sandwiches available so we checked with them at 7 am and were told that they would arrive around 9 am. went back at 11 am and they still had not arrived, No one in the office seem to think that no food being available was a ...

«It it a lovely, peaceful place to stay. The cabins were very clean and neat. The grounds were beautiful. The manager and staff on site were so helpful and friendly. The little store on site amazingly had everything we needed. We felt the restaurant could raise the bar a bit. It is called "The Salmon House" but the salmon served was all Atlantic farmed. I anticipated fresh pacific salmon. Can't have everything I guess!»

«The lakeside room was big and very clean. It felt like it had been recently remodeled. The bed was comfy and the shower had great water pressure. I loved the ambiance of this lodge! Such a beautiful setting!!! We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Food was good both times. Would love to stay here again!»

«We didn't have a kitchen in my room but there was a coffee maker, cups and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and will come come and tell friends to visit too. Happy customers »

«Highly recommend - very clean and had wonderful little touches that made the stay extra special: nice towels, Alexa to play music, DirectTV w/ HBO, nice bedding, fireplace, outside patio chairs, firepit, comfortable table & kitchenette, etc. Wonderful place to say!»

«I don’t know why I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It must have had renovations as the rooms were well-furnished and maintained. The breakfast was much better than the continental breakfasts that most hotels serve, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I’d stay again!»

«For the price, the room was very disappointing. It looked much older and more worn-out than it did in the photos. The room was quite small, and the furniture felt outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, the space did not feel warm or welcoming at all. The photos online made the hotel look much nicer than it actually was. In reality, the room felt cramped, tired, and not very comfortable. The decor was old-fashioned, and some areas looked like they had not been updated for a long time. ...

«Paper thin wall….family of 3, we listened to loud loud loud snore from the whoever was staying next door all night. Was left with the used toilet paper, which ran out with no extra roll. No fridge. Lady in the office was very nice.»

«The property location is great- conveniently located to attractions such as Hoh Rainforest , Sol Duc Falls within an hr of driving distance. The suite is also quite spacious. However, the suite has NO closet or dresser to unpack and unwind your bags. It lacked basic things (for example : no scrubber or dishwasher soap, missing iron although iron board was available, no salt ..). The toilet was leaking every few minutes. When we notified the front desk, nothing was done to fix it for 2 days ...

«Bright and open cottage that was nicely updated. They thought of alot of details like a nightlight, earplugs & fans. Their coffee was delicious and the restaurant next door was great too!»
