Staff very courteous and polite. Let me check in early. Nice doormen. Room was clean and quiet. Very nice cozy hotel slippers. Room service was delicious and fast. Hotel bartender was very nice and really appreciated the free drink credit given. Location central to landmarks and walkable to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay again whenever in DC

A slightly upscale, tourist, hotel, close to everything including public transportation. The rooms are small and little things in the room like shelving malfunction. Overpriced for what it is. Although I am considered to be a VIP with Expedia, I am never, ever upgraded to a nicer room.
