Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The rooms were big and clean. The kitchen was full size and had everything that we would have needed for cooking. The pool was very close which was convenient and the location was within about 10 minutes from stores and restaurants

Perfect extended family get away

This house was perfect for our large extended family get away. We had my family plus 2 nephews families all in the home. There was open spaces and we never felt too crowded. The bedrooms were perfect with the bunkbeds because each family could stay together. Also it was great that each bedroom had it's own bathroom.

Washington Vacation

We loved everything about our stay. The house was beautiful, very clean, and conveniently located. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Nice clean property, a few hiccups...

Overall very nice property. Everything labeled right down to the hangers in closet, but not everything was in it's place. Dryer was broken. Second master bedroom upstairs had a loud, intermittent ticking sound which we think was connected to the AC... the noise kept the people in that room from sleeping very well. This was our main complaint. We reported but no one came to check it out. Also the TV/router connection VERY slow.

AMAZING!!!

I cannot even explain how happy we were with this rental. Super clean and amazing. Everything you could need was available. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering, just do it. We have been traveling the country for a few months and have stayed at many others and this is by far our best experience we have had. Thank you to the family who takes care of this property because you guys are doing a great job! We will recommend to others we know visiting!

Great house but needs new dryer

Awesome layout and very clean house I had major issues for not having a working dryer .., that is one of the reasons I stayed in a house and not a hotel. I only packed enough for a couple days with intentions to do laundry. Needed a dryer desperately!! They did respond quickly but didn’t have the ability to have there handyman fix it instead of calling an appliance professional They wanted me to flip the breaker but it never worked Very frustrating!!! Also the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to the tv They couldn’t fix it but tried really hard So if they stay on top of the maintenance… the house is great They also need a newer coffee maker .. this one takes 15 minutes to brew … ugh

We had a great time with extended family here. It was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated all the details, utensils, supplies provided. We loved the close and warm pool and tvs in every room. There were quite a lot of written rules which were helpful but a bit overpowering. Great place!

Thanksgiving in St. George

This place was perfect for a holiday meet up with my brother’s family. We have kids of a similar age and this place was perfect to house us all. The teenage boys stayed in the room with the two double beds. There was plenty of room for 5 of them to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was spacious for preparing meals for a large group and we played card games at the large dining table. The neighborhood was quiet and it was dog friendly. This place is minutes from shopping and restaurants. The best part for us was the fact that there was an easily accessible red rock trail that was great for all ages. We met up with my in-laws in their 70’s and the teenagers enjoyed climbing the rocks. The dogs had lots of space to run. The hike was free and accessible from the road. We just pulled right off and parked on the street. So simple. My only complaint would be that the additional bed clothes that were supposed to be in the closets were not there. We were lucky to have brought our own, not that we needed much. The beds all had nice pillows and covers. Oh! the washer and dryer were convenient and the owner provided soap. The pool was nice and slightly heated. The garage made parking easy and there was lots of guest parking. All and all perfect for our needs.

Great Place

There was a slight date mix-up with the original place I booked and was no longer available on the dates I booked and even had confirmation email with correct dates. However, I called and was able to easily get transferred to a new booking with similar layout and area. Overall, was a great place and perfect for what we were needing for a vacation getaway. Was clean, spacious and a nice area. I would book again.

Excellent Place

We loved the cleanes of this place and its way better than a hotel. The rooms are big with walking closets, enough linens , and towels. We were able to have family dinners while watching movies and We enjoyed the pool, loved that there were towels for the pool as well. The only little, tiny issue was the food processor in the sink made a lot of noise like if there was something stuck but there was nothing in it, there was a sign in the bathrooms saying that they have make remover wipes, so we dont use the towels but there was none, its not a big deal because we have our own. Over all we loved the place; We will definitely book this place again with out a doubt. I'll give this place a 5 starts 🌟❤

Nice place

The townhome was nice and easy access to the highway. Nice amenities. The quality of some of the beds are the cheapest spring mattresses so if you value your sleep perhaps go elsewhere.

Awesome

Great location just a few minutes from I15 but far enough away that when inside you don’t hear the freeway. Enjoyed many walks just 5 minutes away in Red Cliffs preserve. Kitchen extremely will supplied. Beds very comfortable. Nice large pool and hot tub. Windows face East. Very crowded with weekend sports teams who took over the pool on the weekends. I was there Jan February and March. Internet service was occasionally disrupted but phone WiFi was good.

Fell short in some areas, but overall was happy with the stay

The house itself is nice and clean and there is plenty of sleeping space. However, the kitchen is stocked with very cheap utensils, there was no sponge, and there was lack of some basic cooking items such as oil. These were not huge problems we had, just some minor inconveniences. Also, just be aware that someone may open the garage while you are here to take out the trash; there were two times that people came into the garage to take out the trash without us knowing. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I would recommend.

Clean, well organized and stocked. There were a few constant noises upstairs and downstairs during the night due to pipes expanding or water drainage. Would of loved to have a fold up ping pong table in the garage for more things to do while at the place hanging out. All in all a great stay though!

Lovely updated condo/townhouse

Clean, charming, spacious, lovely condo/townhome just outside of St. George. Impeccably clean upon arrival. Updated decorations and furnishings. TV/DVD/Cable with updated features. Two car garage. In total, close to 16 people could comfortably sleep in this lovely condo. Very dog-friendly. Dog bed and food/water bowls out and ready for us on arrival. Entire interior updated. Most comfortable memory foam mattresses we have ever found in a VRBO. We will absolutely stay here again if we are driving through.
