Good morning, I wanted to let you know first of all that the reason I treated myself with this room is that I lost my father last month. I really wanted this to be special, the suite to myself, and it’s been a bit of a disappointment. First of all I paid extra to have this room and I told the receptionist after check in that I had hoped for something a little bit more special, and she didn’t do anything to try to fix the room. Secondly, the room really wasn’t very clean. For example, the coffee machine still had a coffee pod inside of it and there was water flooding it and all of the tray that was holding it. Example number two is the drinks fridge is very untidy. In fact, of the three bottles of Voss water, which I was really looking forward to drinking this morning, two have been tampered with. One of them has been opened, probably refilled and closed, but the seal is broken. Another of them is half full with the seal broken and what is it doing in my drinks bin? That’s so disappointing. I tell you that because I don’t want the next guest to have to see the dirty condition of drinks that have been half open because I have to tell you that that made me feel pretty crappy. Not only that, but I don’t want to be charged for Voss Water that I did not touch. Lastly, I did tell you before I came here that I was treating myself, and that’s why I wanted to have a special room, and I really feel like you all didn’t go out of your way to make this a special experience.
