This was the 4th hotel we tried. Expedia let us book on the website and when we got there they were actually sold out. Huge back and force with your company wanting to repay us with room points or have the hotel directly pay us back even though they made no mistake. Ridiculous argument that did NOT need to happen. As we were searching for yet another hotel, a room opened up here and they let us stay. As we went to bed you STILL had rooms posted there as available on your site and would not take them down. Just ridiculous, shoddy service on your part. Thankfully the actual hotel came through for us. All I wanted was a good night's sleep before surgery the next morning. Expedia did NOT help.

Unfortunately, this property within one year ( I stayed last year) was not the same with regards to staffing, pricing, (broken elevator), room itself didn't have the fridge it used to, nor the friendliness or willingness of staff to be customer oriented! Example I got locked out of hotel because they close entry at 8 or 9 pm and you need your key card to enter. I didn't know about this so I was standing at the door banging while the front desk person looked on, waved, ignored me, stayed on phone, never came over to help me and it was unacceptable! If you don't have polite educated front desk staff, you better sell the property to a chain that can operate it correctly. This was a sad visit, because my first time was simply divine! Things can change fast in the hotel business, so I'd be very careful about this place. The manager was a temp and told me how much trouble they have finding people to work?? If that's the case, it should be taken over by a company that can run it better. The daily included breakfast is always something I enjoy and it's definitely great still!!

The. National Harbor is a wonderful destination. Plenty of restaurants and the ability to walk everywhere. This hotel is very close to the convention center at the Gaylord.

Hotel room was perfectly fine - spacious and comfortable bed and convenient to restaurant we went to for dinner. We were not people coming from out of town but rather just having a night away from the kids for my husband's birthday. Only reason I am providing a "good" rating is because when I went to take a shower in the morning after my husband, the hot water was gone :( So I had to jump out to avoid a cold shower.

The beds were hard, pillows were not much and the AC was extremely loud when cutting on and off (and did so often). Breakfast was fine, nothing special. The building is well maintained and we felt our room was clean. Overall, just an average stay for us.

I was disappointed that I would not be refunded the extra night that had been reserved because I was leaving early due to weather at the Denver airport. This reservation was made through a Expedia and they were informed that there wouldn't be any credit. I know that this room was available to rent and that any credit given would have been more than offset by the rental of the room. I will not in good conscience recommend or rent from the Hilton group again based on this experience.

Everything was great about our stay and the staff was even able to check us in early which was awesome. The only real downside was that the elevators were super slow. We were constantly waiting for them and at one point only one of them was even working. Otherwise great place to stay.

The hotel facility and grounds were quite nice. The staff was wonderful. However, the notice that housekeeping would be done every two days only was not evident, but buried in the corner of the bathroom mirror. The worst thing was that since we came during a convention, we had to sign off on a waiver that said we would respect the needs of the other hotel guests and not be too noisy or disruptive. We abided by that, but I had to call the front desk five times because I could not sleep due to the guests next door screaming, playing music, guffawing and slamming their door at 11:30 pm, midnight, and 3:45 am. Although the front desk did call the room, they should have abided by the waiver and gotten those people out of there or moved them. I don't want to pay 275.00 a night to NOT sleep.

this property was great. I was amazed of staff attention as well the options and ammenities. THey solved any issue that we have and were open for things that usually other hotels dont. I had a red eye, and I was lucky my room was ready before check in. In other hotels they will just bump you until 3PM. Front desk was nice with me at 4 am at check in and check out
