The woman who greeted me was amazing! ( and had gorgeous nails..) so kind and thoughtful. Everyone else working there were also nice and gave me a great visit. I will absolutely come back!!

Syns det var veldig rart at de hadde ikke frokost buffe, måtte velge forkost fra meny og det var dyrt . I tilegg lobbyen hadde ikke noe Toalet måtte bruke toaleten på resturanten.

The standard room is too small, there was no fridge for our stuff just with products for sell, the bathroom fan didn’t work and the sink was leaking.

We stayed here for a family vacation. Perfectly located to see all the museums and monuments by walking. Very close to the Metro for more distant explorations. Would stay here again!

great staff service and location, easy walk to almost every where. However, the property conditions and facilities are below average, which require major renovation.

Property is close to public transportation and airport. Internet connection is poor. The furnishings in the lobby and guest room could use a replacement. They are out dated and worn out.

The hotel was great overall, and it has a central location and is walkable to most attractions. However, the front desk staff was okay. We had a good check-in, but any other questions that we had were dismissed. My mom asked if she could reheat some leftovers, and their response was, "This is a hotel," which was rude since I have stayed in many hotels that have common areas with microwaves.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the location was great but there were several issues in our room. Broken blinds in the bathroom (both blinds were inoperable), both of the headboard lights didn’t work, the cable frequently went out due to a loose cable behind the tv we had to continually manipulate, and the shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty. As much as I liked the level of customer service by the staff, the facility needs work and I more than likely won’t choose this place again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The only thing I will say is the sink in the bathroom had a leak, the water was not hot enough and the hair dryer did not work. But with this said i did not report any of this to the hotel.

The first night we didn't get much sleep because the bathroom which was located on the head of our bed and the toilet bowl flapper valve went off every 2 1/2 minutes all night long. Sorry, to say we didn't get any sleep.
