Great stay for DC
The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It was very nice for a long weekend in DC. It does have a lot of stairs. Would not recommend for someone who has difficulty climbing stairs. For those who plan to use the metro there was not a metro station within walking distance.

Best Family Friendly Home
This is the perfect location to stay when visiting DC. The location was the first exit when leaving the city and right off the freeway. We drove in each day to the city and parked at the Reagan Center. Had groceries delivered from Walmart the night we arrived. The house had everything we needed. Pots and pans to cook, space to relax after a busy day and comfortable beds. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Very clean and close to everything! The garage barely fit our Chrysler Pacifica van. So nice to not have to find a place to park!! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for family DC trip
Great launching pad for visiting DC with family. Like other reviewers said, we could fit our minivan in the garage by parking at an angle. We used spot hero to find parking downtown. Immaculately clean and well-stocked!

Everything was great. There are lots of stairs so just be aware if anyone has difficulty with stairs. Also no TV’s in bedrooms. But for our needs, it was just fine. The home is very well maintained and everything we needed was provided

Good Base Camp
We spent a week being tourists in DC and this home worked well as our base camp. It was only a 10-15 minute drive into the museums/National Mall. The house fit our family of five well and had the essentials. There were no issues and we never needed to contact the owner. As far as the garage goes, we were just able to fit our Sienna XLE by parking diagonally, so that worked out. We agree with a previous reviewer that the master bedroom on the top floor was much warmer than the rest of the house. We did our best with the fans but a window unit would probably work best.

Wonderful stay close to all DC has to offer
The home is a short 8-10 minute drive from all DC has to offer which made the trip easy and efficient in terms of getting to all the attractions. The home was clean and the host was easy to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend this stay for families visiting DC.

Great Summer Stay
Great property, and very accommodating property manager! Our trip was originally scheduled for March and I broke my foot three days before our scheduled dates. They were great about working with us and allowing us to shift dates. The property was exactly as described and there was great information available to assist with parking near the museums and monuments!

Very, very nice home but...
The property is lovely. Such a nice job was done on updating it including quality finishes. Clearly the property is very well cared for. The home had absolutely everything we needed down to extra q-tips in one of the bathrooms. Silly me forgot q-tips! Super clean home too! My only complaint is the climate control. It was freezing on the main floor and miserably hot on the top floor which is where the master bedroom is located. I can handle it being cold on the main floor (cute little throw blanket were provided) but sleeping at night was so uncomfortable on that top 4th floor. Mind you we visited in early June so it was warmer weather. A fan was provided but wasn't enough to make it comfortable.

Top Rated Townhouse in Arlington
This was an EXCELLENT stay. It's a perfect location to explore DC and the surrounding areas. Super helpful / responsive host. The 2 car garage was so delightful too. The place was clean and ready and well equipped. We were 2 couples and it was perfect. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place for touring DC and surrounding areas
Our family of 5 spent spring break here. We saw the cherry blossums at peak bloom. We toured many of the museums, monuments, Capitol, and White House. We also did day trips to Harpers Ferry and Mount Vernon. This is a great location that is very fast to get downtown. We parked in all day garages downtown using a parking app to find good rates. The townhouse is very nice and has everything we needed.

Excellent DC Rental
We were visiting DC to move our College student in for the year and needed a garage. There are very few garage options for DC rentals and it should be noted that we only fit a minivan in this one by backing in and so close to the (person) door that it could not be used. But we were able to eventually close the garage door. Other than that, there is a lot of room and the unit was very clean. The owner left some water and snacks which were very much appreciated after a post-midnight arrival. The twin room was very warm, it seems the A/C didn't serve it well, but there were box fans available in the home which were also appreciated. In a good location to move about D.C. easily. Will return!

Washington, DC vacation
Two queen mattresses were very comfortable. Two twin mattresses were not. I wouldn't have enjoyed sleeping in them, but the kids didn't notice. Close to metro bus stop, but I'd prefer to stay near a metro subway stop. It's close enough to drive if you have a car. Outside of unit and the area looks a little run-down. But I always felt safe. The inside is adorable, quirky, and clean. Everything we needed was provided. We usually run out of towels, dishsoap, laundry detergent, etc at most places we stay. But this host provided plenty! We appreciated it. Some fast food restaurants are just a mile away. A Target is not too far. You have to pay to park unless you show your receipt. Host was very responsive to any issues we had and even sent some messages with some tips for a good time. Thank you! Overall, we had a great time. We'd stay here again. DC still has closings due to the pandemic. When everything opens up again, we'd like to come back. I highly recommend staying over the Fourth of July. Fireworks in DC are the best.

Everything went well from check in to check out. The property was clean and tastefully decorated. This property would not work well for less mobile people. The coffeemaker quit after 3 uses but there was a Keurig for backup. We could have used more towels.

Very nice stay close to D.C.
We had a great stay at this property. Tara was very helpful, and very quick to respond to all of our many inquiries. Reasonably close to a metro station, and very close (we walked) to a couple of bus stops. We used the buses to get to the metro and rarely had to venture out in our own vehicle on unfamiliar, crowded roads. We also loved that we had a garage to park in. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful townhouse
This property was clean and very nicely decorated. VERY comfortable beds. We were in town for a DC trip and a college tour. It was close to everything. Arlington has lots of good places to grab a bite and is minutes from the monuments. Only negative is it is on a busy road but it didn't interrupt our sleep at all.

The property sit right on a very busy road so the road noise is constant. There is a great area for food within a mile the walk there was good. Very adequate bedding (pillows, blankets). In general a good place to stay at a reasonable rate.

If you need to be in Alexandria, it was a convenient place to stay with good proximity to I-395. It fit me, my wife, and four kids just fine. The beds & pillows are very comfy. Other than that, everything was fine, especially for the price.

Great area and had everything we needed!
Our family really enjoyed our stay. This was a wonderful location, close to everything and all that we needed. We would definitely stay here again! We had plenty of room and appreciated the little things provided for our trip. Cute neighborhood, there was some street noise on the front of the house and for the front bedroom (the pink room). :) We were able to fit a Jeep Cherokee and Honda CRV in the garage, it was a tight fit. Great property and excellent location!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Just an FYI there are a lot of steps. Steps in from the garage to the main living area, steps to the floor with two bedrooms and another set of stairs to the top floor bedroom. That being said- this is a wonderful property! Well equipped kitchen, linens and extra blankets and towels. Garage fit two vehicles-(for size reference Lincoln Nautilus and a Volkswagen Tiguan). It was a tight fit but definitely doable. The location was excellent!! Minutes from everything ! Neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Neighbors were quiet and in the notes left by property manager they do say this is not a place for noise-which is fine by me! Lol Also, the notes were rush hour times and tips and tricks for the area which we took their advice and went to the memorials at night and had the best time renting the electric scooters and sightseeing at night! Thinking this may be an annual trip !! Thank you!
