Find comfort and convenience in this newly renovated home with a private in-law's suite on Capitol Hill!

CONVENIENT LOCATION- Short walk to/from the metro station - Close to popular attractions and only a few stops from the National Mall and the Monuments! Walk or take the notorious DC Streetcar to H Street for some of DC's best night life and restaurants.

Guests enjoy free private driveway parking.

Clean, family friendly, large exclusive suite with private rear entrance is secured by a Schlage digital keypad lock.

This stylish and fun suite comes equipped with a 55-inch Roku Tv (Netflix, Disney+ and more!) and Xbox. It sleeps 4 adults (queen bed plus sofa-bed in living area) It also has a modern workspace - perfect if you're on a quick business trip and need to get some work done.

The suite's kitchenette features a Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, along with an assortment of dishes, coffee mugs and silverware. *As you can see in our photos, our place DOES NOT come with a STOVE.

Our washington DC vacay

It is perfect for two people. My husband and i had no issues at all. All amenities were provided. The provided SmartTrip cards were a huge help for newbies to the city.

Joe et Pooja ont été des hôtes exemplaire! Réponses à nos questions, suggestions de restaurants, instructions d’arrivée très claires. L’appartement est très propre. Je recommande fortement ces hôtes.

Clean but had problems.

Could hear everything going on upstairs. Which meant they could hear us. Felt like We where staying with someone we didn’t know in there basement. Also didn’t have assess to a thermostat. The owner asked what temperature we wanted and I said 68 but it never got close. We were suppose to stay 3 nights and was given 1 wash cloth and 1 towel. We need 3 wash clothes. We washed our wash clothes out so we could reuse them.

A great find!

This was a great apartment in a great location at a great price! Communication from Joe was terrific right from the start and he was so helpful throughout our 8-day stay, providing us with Metro cards, extra towels and even an umbrella. The place was spotless, in a safe neighborhood and easy to navigate from, whether we using our rental car or the nearby Metro. Highly recommended!

Peaceful and Quiet

Joe & Pooja were AMAZING hosts and so responsive to any questions, going above and beyond to meet our needs. They helped us find the perfect pizza dinner that didn’t disappoint! YUM!!! Their lovely hideaway was very clean and comfortable and was 1/2 mile from the metro. It was peaceful and quiet after a long day exploring the sights. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay!

This was a great property! It was very convenient to have coffee and a fridge, and plenty of space for my husband and I and our two kids (ages 11 and 8). Joe and Pooja were thoughtful hosts, checking in to be sure that we had everything that we needed!

Comfortable & Convenient

The apartment was perfect for our Spring Break adventures in DC. It was easy to find, offered secure guaranteed parking, and was conveniently located a few blocks from the METRO. The apartment was a very comfortable place to rest after long days of exploring. The host checked in to see if we needed anything throughout our stay. We definitely will recommend to our family/friends.

Parking and great communication.

This rental met our needs perfectly. 3 of us stayed for 5 nights. Very clean and everything looking fresh and new. Daughter preferred the jack knife couch in the living room. Bed was a bit firm for me, but my husband loved it! Coffee in the morning was greatly appreciated! Body wash, shampoo, conditioner available, which was a plus! A good 10 minute walk from metro to rental, which felt longer after a full day in the city, but worth it for the nice rental and the dedicated parking. Joe checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for affordable rental WITH parking right at the door! Thank you for sharing your home!

Amazing place, location and hosts!

Everything is new, updated and very clean. Cozy but not small, plenty of room to sit after walking all day, roomy bathroom, great Keurig with a variety of coffee pods, the bed was super comfy in a large bedroom with great closet space (and motion activated lights!). Bedroom and entry have good daylight from full size windows, path to unit was easy as was accessing through the garage door. The area was very nice to walk with Metro and a Capital Bike station close by. I will be recommending this place to friends and family which is a rarity for me. Thank you Joe and Pooja for inviting me into your sweet suite!

Home away from home!

Excellent stay!

This place was perfect for our family of 3! My daughter said the pull out sofa was very comfortable. Absolutely LOVE the private parking and proximity to the monuments (15 min drive). Communication with the owners was very easy. We will definitely stay here again when we are in D.C.

Great DC Spot - get to the Metro in 10 minutes and be anywhere

Joe and his wife did a great job setting up this VRBO! He stayed in contact with us to make sure all was well and was very quick to answer any and all questions. The metro was a quick 10 minute walk and will get you anywhere in the city! I would highly recommend if you want a great affordable spot to take your DC adventures from!

Washington get away!

The property was very clean. The Metro station was about a ten minute walk which made it very convenient to tour Washington DC without having to drive. It was also great to have a private off street parking spot. Communication with the owners was excellent. Joe answered all my questions and concerns regarding the apartment and vacationing in Washington DC. All communication feedback was very quick. I would certainly stay at this apartment again!

Beautiful, clean place in a really cool neighborhood

This place did not disappoint! Everything from the nicely stocked Keurig to the super comfy bed was a perfect little respite after walking the city all day. The neighborhood is great, with just about a 5-10 minute walk to the metro. Joe and Pooja are perfect hosts. The place was spotless and so inviting when we arrived, and communication was excellent from the day of booking and all the way through. They were so helpful and eager to help. When we asked if they knew of gluten-free food options, they offered a long list of recommendations. They were super easy to communicate with in every way and even helped figure out dinner delivery options when we were whooped after walking around the city all day.
