Unfortunately, this property within one year ( I stayed last year) was not the same with regards to staffing, pricing, (broken elevator), room itself didn't have the fridge it used to, nor the friendliness or willingness of staff to be customer oriented! Example I got locked out of hotel because they close entry at 8 or 9 pm and you need your key card to enter. I didn't know about this so I was standing at the door banging while the front desk person looked on, waved, ignored me, stayed on phone, never came over to help me and it was unacceptable! If you don't have polite educated front desk staff, you better sell the property to a chain that can operate it correctly. This was a sad visit, because my first time was simply divine! Things can change fast in the hotel business, so I'd be very careful about this place. The manager was a temp and told me how much trouble they have finding people to work?? If that's the case, it should be taken over by a company that can run it better. The daily included breakfast is always something I enjoy and it's definitely great still!!
